In December 2005 I signed a contract with Dream Homes to build a new home on a lot I purchased from them in Mission, Texas. The plans for the home comprised 5,418 sq. ft. under the roof. The final plans were approved and the contract was signed at the McAllen airport because my wife and I left for Almaty, Kazakhstan on the day we signed the contract which was December 5, 2005. We left the entire project in the hands of Dream Homes as we were on the other side of the planet until the home was near completion. In our absence, Dream Homes did not let us down but carried on in a professional and rapid manner. To sum up our expectations for Dream Homes, I asked my wife what she thought about the house and the workmanship when it was finished. Her answer was: "Better than expected". For us, Dream Homes has lived up to their name "Dream Homes" and we are more than happy to recommend them to build your "Dream Home".     The process of building a home is an exciting one. Whether it is an enjoyable time will in large part be due to the contractor you choose. We wish to express our deep appreciation to Dream Homes for the integrity demonstrated and the resultant excellence of workmanship. Our needs were met with such competency that stress was removed and we were free to enjoy the entire experience. They were readily available to answer any questions or deal with any problems that arose. Their service and commitment were impeccable. This is the 4th home we have owned and by far the best.
